• Establish new ministries to reach the increasingly diverse groups of inactive Catholics.
• Expand social media for outreach.
• Develop video presentations to engage seekers.
• Train leaders to equip them for parish-based evangelization.
• Help form Catholics as missionary disciples so they can invite and welcome others.
• Create more practical and effective tools to help parishes succeed in their evangelizing mission.
• Expand web-based approaches to reach inactive Catholics and seekers.
