Sr. Susan Wolf, SND, Author/General Editor of ENVISION
Sr. Susan Wolf is a Sister of Notre Dame from Chardon, Ohio. With 19 years of service to Paulist Evangelization Ministies, she was the senior vice-president and executive director of the Paulist National Catholic Evangelization Association (PNCEA) in Washington, D.C. and the co-author of ENVISION: Planning Our Parish Future. Sr. Susan has a Masters in Business Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Organization Development, both from Marymount University, Arlington, Virginia, and a Masters in Religious Education from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio. Before that she served as the executive director of the National Council for Catholic Evangelization, also in Washington, D.C. Sr. Susan started her ministry career as a junior high school teacher and author of religion texts and manuals for the Christ Our Life religion series published by Loyola Press. Other ministry experience includes 16 years in parish administration as a director of religious education and pastoral associate in Cleveland, Ohio.
Mr. Jim Moyer, Moyer & Associates, Co-Author and Consultant for ENVISION
Mr. Jim Moyer is an independent executive consultant and the co-author of ENVISION: Planning Our Parish Future. Jim retired from Marriott International Corporation, where he held several executive positions in the strategic planning and quality improvement process departments. At Marriott, Jim was credited with leading the design and execution of quality, productivity, and process improvement that resulted in dramatic cost reductions, revenue growth, and profit enhancement. Jim holds degrees in mathematics and physics from Florida Southern University, as well as training in Deming, Covey, Baldridge, Schaffer and other benchmark quality and leadership programs. Jim has been assisting his own parish, St. Rose of Lima in Gaithersburg, Maryland, with long-term strategic planning since 1990.
