Rev. Frank DeSiano, CSP

Fr. Frank DeSiano, CSP, is the President of the Paulist National Catholic Evangelization Association. He has served as a pastor in downtown New York and Chicago. He earned a Doctor of Ministry degree from Boston University in 1990 and then spent six years working with parishes as part of his Parish-based Evangelization initiative. He served as a consultor for the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops’ Committee on Evangelization for more than a dozen years. He has written books on the Catholic faith (Presenting the Catholic Faith), on evangelization (The Evangelizing Catholic, Creating the Evangelizing Parish, with Kenneth Boyack, CSP, and Lay Ministers, Lay Disciples, with Susan Blum Gerding), and spirituality (The Seven Commandments of Discipleship). He has recently worked on pastoral tools such as Reactivating Our Catholic Faith and Why Not Consider Becoming a Catholic? (Paulist Press) to help reach people on the sidelines of faith.


Rev. Kenneth Boyack, CSP

Father Boyack began his ministry with the Paulist National Catholic Evangelization Association (PNCEA) in Washington, D.C. in 1985. He earned an MA in Theology and a Doctor of Ministry degree from The Catholic University of America. As a consultor for the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops’ Committee on Evangelization, Fr. Boyack served as general coordinator for the development of Go and Make Disciples: A National Plan and Strategy for Catholic Evangelization in the United States. He worked with a team to develop Disciples in Mission, a national ministry that helps dioceses and parishes to implement Go and Make Disciples. Fr. Boyack is the author or editor of thirteen books, including The New Catholic Evangelization and the Disciples in Mission Parish Leadership Team Manual. More recently Fr. Boyack has worked to develop resources such as Invite! and Catholics Reaching Out to equip parishes to invite and welcome inactive Catholics and those with no church family.
