ENVISION: A Guide for Leaders, the 350-page "how to do it" manual that brings the insights and experience of pastoral leaders and planning experts to parishes. View the ENVISION Guide Table of Contents in .pdf format. The manual includes:
- detailed instructions, agendas, opening prayers, and scripts for planning meetings and key events
- time line charts and outlines for carrying out ENVISION activities in the parish and for training parishioners in the implementation of the parish vision and plan
- a glossary, index, and list of selected resources
- contact information for the Center of Applied Research in the Apostolate (CARA) for parishes who wish to conduct the PNCEA/CARA survey.
Parishes who use ENVISION will also need at least one ENVISION Handout CD, with rights for reproduction of all 66 handouts, 12 transparencies, and 12 bulletin inserts. The CD may be purchased separately here or purchased with the manual at a savings of over $25.00
