In this presentation Gerry Fialkowski provides ideas and techniques which promote healing and hope for those who are bereaved and the helpers who choose to journey with them in the process. The gifts of grace and practical strategies for spiritual wellness will be articulated in ways that will assist a person to move beyond loss, find new meaning and eventually reclaim one's life. Grief and bereavement are fitting responses to losses in life and there are many ways to cope with loss. This presentation suggests that holistic coping requires grace and with God's grace, comes wisdom and renewed well being.
