In this presentation of PNCEA’s Catholic Speakers Online Series, Dr. Carole Eipers explores the uniqueness of the catechetical "moment" and examines the particular challenges and potentials of catechesis today in light of the complex relationship between evangelization and catechesis.
Dr. Carole Eipers is Vice President and Executive Director of Catechetics for William H. Sadlier, Inc. Carole was Director of the Office for Catechesis for the Archdiocese of Chicago for nine years and also served as President of the National Conference of Catechetical Leadership. Carole has been a member of the adjunct faculties of Mundelein Seminary, Loyola University Chicago, Loyola University New Orleans and Catholic Theological Union, Chicago. She has written and presented extensively in the area of catechetics. Carole holds a Master of Pastoral Studies degree from Loyola University, Chicago and a Doctor of Ministry degree from the Graduate Theological Foundation in Indiana.
