Christmas Carol Festival Guidebook

John and Therese Boucher, of the Diocese of Trenton, offer an enjoyable way for reaching out to inactive Catholics, in three phases

• The Proclamation Phase includes a festival with Christ-centered-carols, witnesses, Scripture readings, and an experience of the Bethlehem manger.
• The Preparation Phase describes reaching out to people through invitations, e-mails, and advertising.
• The Preservation Phase includes an event called Jesus in January, with a blessing of calendars, PDA's and Daily Minders.

John Boucher serves as the Director of Evangelization and Parish Development for the Diocese of Trenton. With the Paulist Evangelization Training Institute (PETI) online, John, with his wife Therese, teaches the six-week course Keys to Reaching Inactive Catholics.

Therese Boucher is a noted leader in catechetics, evangelization, and family ministry.  She is the author of  Evangelizing Unchurched Children (Item 0346), and in PETI also teaches a four-week course entitled Spiritual Grandparenting.
